Lifeguard

Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals at our facility in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of water safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and a commitment to maintaining a safe aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to safety rules.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid and CPR as needed.
- Enforce all facility rules and regulations in a clear and assertive manner.
- Inspect pool equipment and facilities for any safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool deck and changing areas.
- Educate patrons on water safety and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with facility management to develop and implement safety plans.
- Respond to any medical emergencies or incidents promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, rescues, and pool conditions.
- Participate in regular training and in-service programs to stay updated on lifesaving techniques and emergency protocols.
