Lifeguard - B.Pharma Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard with a B.Pharma background to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and visitors at our facility in Kochi. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of health and safety protocols, gained through their B.Pharma education, to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimming pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to safety rules.
- Enforce all facility policies, rules, and regulations for the safety of patrons.
- Respond to emergencies, administer first aid and CPR as needed, and follow established emergency action plans.
- Inspect pool facilities regularly for potential hazards and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly pool environment.
- Educate patrons on safety procedures and potential risks.
- Assist with routine facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and other relevant activities.
- Collaborate with management to implement and improve safety protocols.
