We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals in and around swimming pool areas, preventing accidents, and responding effectively to emergencies. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe environment and upholding our company's commitment to security services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor pool activities and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including administering first aid and performing water rescues.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area and equipment.
Educate patrons on safety regulations and ensure compliance.
Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any deficiencies.
Communicate effectively with patrons, colleagues, and supervisors.
