Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Light Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and a LLB degree to join our Financial Services team in Mangalore. This role will involve supporting various legal and compliance functions within the company, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and assisting with documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and a keen interest in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements under supervision.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various financial regulations, corporate laws, and compliance matters.
Support the legal team in managing litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the financial services industry.
Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
