Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader/Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our food delivery hub. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, managing a team of delivery partners, and maintaining high standards of service quality and safety. This role is crucial for optimizing delivery times and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of delivery personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper handling of food items.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
