Line Leader / Supervisor

Role Summary: The Line Leader / Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of accounting and auditing professionals, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of client engagements. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to manage workflows, mentor team members, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of associates and seniors on audit and accounting projects.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure adherence to audit methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review work papers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a point of contact for clients on assigned engagements.
- Identify and escalate issues and risks to engagement managers.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and methodologies.
