Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader / Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to oversee operations within our chemical manufacturing facility in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM knowledge to optimize production processes, ensure quality standards, and lead a team effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient and safe production cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities on the assigned manufacturing line, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing downtime and waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods for the production line.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and oversee best practices in manufacturing and operational excellence.
