Line Leader / Supervisor - Content Development / Language (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader / Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to oversee and manage content development and language projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating efficient project workflows within our Hyderabad office. This role requires a blend of design thinking, project management acumen, and strong communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of content creators and language specialists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Oversee the end-to-end content development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Apply design principles and user-centric methodologies to guide content strategy and ensure a high-quality user experience.

Conduct quality assurance checks on all content outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.

Identify and resolve project roadblocks, proactively suggesting solutions to maintain project momentum.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the content development workflow.
