Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Producer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM degree and a foundational understanding of production processes within the retail industry. You will support the execution of various retail projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of content and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities, including timelines, resources, and budgets for retail campaigns and content creation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Assist in budget management, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Support the production of marketing collateral, in-store visual merchandising, and digital content.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the production department.
