Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of assigned hotel properties, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory of supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with OYO's standards.
- Maintain accurate records of operational data, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and inventory levels.
- Support the training and development of on-site staff.
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
