Line Producer (2-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Line Producer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of production processes within the textile and apparel industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing production lines, ensuring efficient workflow, timely delivery of high-quality products, and effective resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments, including design, procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Track production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays.
- Manage raw material inventory and ensure timely availability for production.
- Oversee the efficient utilization of machinery and labor resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
- Prepare production reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with the planning team to optimize production schedules and meet delivery targets.
- Support in training and guiding junior production staff.
