Line Producer

Role Summary: The Line Producer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end production process for various logistics and operational projects within Delhivery's Indian operations. This role requires strong project management, resource allocation, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for logistics projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the production process and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Manage and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with creative, technical, and operational teams to translate project requirements into actionable production plans.
