Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Line Producer to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for various projects within our clinical research operations. The Line Producer will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of production to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of clinical research workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client expectations.
• Create and manage production budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., project management, scientific leads, clinical operations, regulatory affairs) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary resources and services.
• Oversee resource allocation and management, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the production process and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
• Monitor production progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project team members.
