Line Producer

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Line Producer to join our dynamic content development team. The Line Producer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of content production projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the content development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of content production projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Liaise with internal teams (creative, editorial, technical) and external vendors/stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Oversee the quality control process for all content produced, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
