Line Producer

We are seeking an experienced Line Producer with a strong legal background to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in production management, with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, demonstrating a keen understanding of legal frameworks relevant to manufacturing and business operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment within the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production line, from raw material procurement to finished goods dispatch.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.

Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed.

Oversee budget management for production activities, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Liaise with legal, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth project execution and contract compliance.

Interpret and ensure compliance with all relevant local and national manufacturing laws, regulations, and permits.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and legal soundness.

Identify and mitigate production risks, including legal and operational challenges.

Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
