Line Producer - Sports / Leisure & Recreation (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Line Producer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for the sports and leisure industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the logistical and financial aspects of various sports-related projects and events, ensuring smooth execution from pre-production to post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in budget planning and management for assigned projects, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content) and external vendors (venues, suppliers, talent) to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Develop and manage production schedules, timelines, and call sheets.
- Oversee on-ground logistics for events, shoots, and activations, including venue management, equipment, and staffing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress and any potential issues.
- Support in talent and crew management, including scheduling and coordination.
- Assist with permit applications and necessary legal documentation for events and productions.
- Contribute to post-production activities, including reviewing footage and managing deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the production lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
