Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Load Dispatcher with 2-4 years of experience to join our operations team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and efficient movement of products from our facilities. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure, ensuring compliance with all safety and logistical regulations. A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule the dispatch of finished goods and raw materials.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Manage vehicle allocation and driver schedules.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor delivery performance and address any delays or issues promptly.

- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
- Optimize routes and methods of transportation to minimize costs and delivery times.
