Load Dispatcher

Role Summary:
As a Load Dispatcher at WNS Global Services, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely allocation and scheduling of resources (vehicles, personnel, equipment) to meet operational demands. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow, optimizing logistics, and maintaining service level agreements within our Business Process Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming requests for resource allocation and dispatch.
- Schedule and assign loads to appropriate vehicles and drivers based on capacity, location, and delivery timelines.
- Track the status of ongoing dispatches and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to and resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise during the dispatch process, such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery confirmations, and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, operations teams, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
- Optimize routes and schedules to minimize transit times and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on dispatch performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
