Load Dispatcher

Role Summary: The Load Dispatcher will be responsible for the efficient and safe scheduling and dispatch of all raw material and finished goods transportation for the company's operations. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery and optimal utilization of the logistics fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily routes for truck drivers, considering delivery deadlines, traffic conditions, and vehicle capacity.
• Monitor vehicle locations and communicate with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and address any issues.
• Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and driver performance.
• Optimize routes to minimize fuel consumption and delivery times.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Handle emergency situations and reroute vehicles as necessary.
