Load Dispatcher

Role Summary: The Load Dispatcher will be responsible for the efficient and safe scheduling and dispatch of loads (e.g., raw materials, finished goods) to and from various operational sites within the company's mining and processing facilities. This role requires close coordination with production, logistics, and site management teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing load requests.

Develop and optimize daily/weekly dispatch schedules considering production needs, transport availability, and site constraints.

Coordinate with drivers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

Track the movement of loads in real-time and provide updates to stakeholders.

Identify and resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly.

Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including load details, timings, and driver information.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during loading and unloading operations.

Liaise with maintenance teams for vehicle availability and scheduling.

Generate reports on dispatch efficiency, delivery performance, and any deviations.
