We are seeking a diligent and organized Load Dispatcher with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and have a proven track record in managing and coordinating the dispatch of resources efficiently within an IT services environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely service delivery and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the real-time dispatch of IT resources, including personnel and equipment, to various client sites and internal projects.

Coordinate with field technicians, support teams, and project managers to ensure efficient resource allocation and task completion.

Maintain accurate records of dispatches, resource movements, and service requests using company systems and tools.

Respond promptly to urgent dispatch requests and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding dispatch status, delays, and resource availability.

Assist in the planning and scheduling of future dispatches based on project requirements and resource capacity.
