Load Dispatcher role in Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity

We are seeking a diligent and organized Load Dispatcher with 1-3 years of experience to join our operations team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely allocation and management of resources, supporting the smooth functioning of our investment banking operations. This role requires a Diploma in a relevant field and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of resources (personnel, equipment, information) to various project sites or internal departments.

Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, including timings, destinations, and personnel involved.

Monitor resource availability and communicate any potential shortages or delays to relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational flow.

Handle urgent dispatch requests and adjust schedules as needed, while minimizing disruption.

Prepare regular reports on dispatch activities for management review.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
