Loan Officer

LexiLend is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and managing loan applications for law firms and individual attorneys. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, assess their eligibility, and guide them through the loan application process. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a disruptive startup in the legal finance space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients (law firms and attorneys).
• Originate new loan applications by actively prospecting and networking.
• Analyze financial statements and creditworthiness of applicants.
• Guide clients through the entire loan application and approval process.
• Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Meet and exceed loan origination targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in loan origination, sales, or business development, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and lending principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the legal industry is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
