Loan Officer - Miscellaneous Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Loan Officer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a strong understanding of loan products and the lending process. You will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and providing financial guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interview loan applicants to gather information and determine eligibility for various loan products.
- Analyze applicant's financial status, credit history, and collateral to assess risk and determine loan feasibility.
- Explain loan terms, conditions, interest rates, and repayment schedules to potential borrowers.
- Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct thorough credit checks and verify information provided by applicants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Work closely with underwriting and other departments to ensure efficient loan processing.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products and services.
