Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Location Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to oversee operations at our Coimbatore facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient inventory management, logistical coordination, and adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills and problem-solving abilities to support our mission of providing sustainable agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals at the Coimbatore location.
- Coordinate the timely dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and environmental compliance.
- Liaise with local suppliers, distributors, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, sales, and operational performance for management review.
- Utilize the company's ERP system and other software tools for data management and operational tracking.
- Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing and sales support activities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and local labor laws.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
