Location Manager

Role Summary:
Ola Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Location Manager to oversee and optimize operations at one of our key charging infrastructure locations in India. This role is critical for ensuring seamless customer experience, efficient operational flow, and adherence to company standards. The Location Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the assigned Ola Electric charging location, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Supervise and train on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of charging equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure the charging infrastructure is well-maintained, functional, and safe for users.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the location, such as uptime, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with regional and central operations teams to implement improvements and new initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage local vendor relationships and procurement as needed.
