Location Manager

Role Summary: The Location Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our paper mill facility at a specific location in India. This includes managing production, logistics, supply chain, local stakeholder relations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pulp and paper manufacturing process and a proven track record in operational management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the paper mill, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain, including raw material procurement and finished goods distribution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and labor laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the facility's budget and financial performance.
- Lead and motivate the operational team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Report on operational performance to senior management.
