Location Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Location Manager to oversee and optimize operations at a key Jio facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient functioning of our network infrastructure and customer service points within a designated geographical area. The Location Manager will be responsible for managing local teams, resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Jio locations, including retail outlets and network infrastructure sites.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of local staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and local government laws.
- Oversee inventory management and asset utilization within the location.
- Develop and implement local strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market reach.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and government officials.
- Report on operational performance, key metrics, and challenges to senior management.
