Location Manager (B.Com Required) - Delhi (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Location Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to oversee and manage all aspects of location scouting, acquisition, and management for our productions in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain budgets, and foster positive relationships with local authorities and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scout, identify, and secure suitable filming locations in and around Delhi, adhering to production requirements and budget constraints.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders for location access.
- Manage all logistical aspects of location operations, including permits, licenses, insurance, and security.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential filming locations.
- Coordinate with production, art, and legal departments to ensure all location-related needs are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, safety, and accessibility of chosen locations.
- Oversee on-site location management during filming, ensuring compliance with all regulations and agreements.
- Prepare and manage location budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all location-related inquiries and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and authorities to facilitate smooth production processes.
