Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Logistics Executive to join our team. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth execution of travel-related logistics for our corporate clients, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to manage the complexities of travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the booking and confirmation of flights, hotels, and ground transportation for corporate clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of travel documents, itineraries, and related information to clients.
- Liaise with travel partners, airlines, hotels, and transport providers to negotiate rates and secure services.
- Monitor travel arrangements, track shipments (if applicable for event logistics), and resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, expenses, and client communications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize travel costs and improve service quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of logistics vendors and service providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in travel logistics.
