Logistics Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team at Ethereal Machines in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and finished goods, supporting our rapid growth in the emerging technologies manufacturing space. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience, bringing a strong analytical and organizational skillset to optimize our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding logistics and transportation.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, sales) to forecast demand and plan logistics accordingly.
