Logistics Executive (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products while adhering to all regulatory and quality standards, particularly those relevant to pharmaceutical-grade materials or sporting equipment with specific handling requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth flow of goods.

Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency, leveraging knowledge of M.Pharma related supply chain nuances.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian regulations, including those pertaining to the handling and transportation of goods that may require specific environmental controls or certifications.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.

Prepare logistics reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure seamless operations.

Handle any logistical challenges or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
