Logistics Executive - Accounting / Auditing Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our Vadodara team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the smooth and efficient movement of goods and services within our accounting and auditing operations. This role requires meticulous planning, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of supply chain principles, coupled with a Master of Commerce background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of critical documents and supplies.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics expenses.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to transportation and logistics.

- Proactively identify and resolve any logistical challenges or discrepancies.

- Support the finance and accounting teams with logistics-related financial data and reporting.
