We are seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage and optimize logistical operations within a corporate banking environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, services, and information, supporting various departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the procurement and delivery of office supplies, equipment, and other essential materials.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage logistics for internal events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics-related transactions and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations for all logistical activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient logistics strategies.
