Role Summary: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations for Pratham Education Foundation's initiatives in Hyderabad. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient delivery of educational materials and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution of educational materials, equipment, and supplies.

Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies and plans to support program delivery across various locations in Hyderabad.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and wastage.

Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce delivery times and costs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.

Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and cost analysis for management review.
