Logistics Operations Manager (2-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee and optimize the logistics and supply chain operations for our wellness product division in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective management of inventory, transportation, and distribution of health and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment for wellness products.
- Develop and implement efficient transportation strategies to ensure timely delivery across various locations.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical and health product logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, quality assurance) to streamline the supply chain.
- Oversee the accurate tracking and management of inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control measures within the logistics process.
- Train and mentor junior logistics staff.
