Logistics Operations Manager

Role Summary: The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of logistics operations within our Indian facilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods, meeting the demands of a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Oversee a team of logistics staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on operational performance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to optimize logistics workflows.

Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
