Logistics Operations Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our logistics department, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, and maintaining high levels of service for our automotive products. This role is crucial for supporting our growth and operational excellence in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
• Oversee the selection and management of third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs requirements for domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, procurement) to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
