Logistics Operations Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and finished goods across our network within India and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical logistics, regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in managing complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to support business objectives.

Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and cold chain management.

Negotiate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.

Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals.

Oversee the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to manufacturing sites and from manufacturing to customers.

Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Ensure the safe and secure handling of pharmaceutical products, maintaining product integrity throughout the supply chain.
