Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of services. You will work closely with various internal departments and external partners to streamline processes and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Liaise with vendors, carriers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and negotiate favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.
