Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Logistics / SCM Analyst to join our growing team at WayCool Foods. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient movement of agricultural produce from farm to consumers. You will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance our logistics network, contributing directly to our mission of making food supply chains more sustainable and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current logistics and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, costs, and inventory accuracy; generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, sales) and external partners (logistics providers) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Utilize data analytics tools to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and reduce waste.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our supply chain technology and processes.
