Logistics / SCM Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Logistics / SCM Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and understanding of supply chain principles to optimize logistics operations, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings for our clients. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex data sets, developing innovative solutions, and implementing best practices within the supply chain domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain operations.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize transportation routes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain strategies.
- Implement and manage supply chain software solutions, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
