Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / SCM Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in supply chain principles, excellent analytical skills, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. You will be instrumental in optimizing our logistics operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials within the electronic components and semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution for electronic components.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, sales) to ensure alignment on supply chain objectives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and SCM operations, and generate regular reports.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues, proactively addressing potential disruptions.
- Support the implementation of supply chain technologies and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant logistics regulations and company policies.
- Assist in vendor management and performance evaluation for logistics service providers.
