Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / SCM Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about optimizing supply chain operations within the fast-paced agri-tech sector and do not necessarily hold a graduate degree. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing logistics and supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, warehousing, and inventory management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on logistics and SCM performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Assist in forecasting demand and managing inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks within the supply chain.
Contribute to cost reduction initiatives within the logistics and supply chain functions.
