Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics / SCM Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs across our port and logistics network. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management principles, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize existing supply chain and logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and IT, to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and ensure performance against service level agreements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new logistics solutions and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
