Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics / SCM Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain operations for our electronic components and semiconductor products. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Manage inventory levels, warehousing, and transportation of electronic components.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth material flow.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs requirements for international shipments.
Negotiate with logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
Utilize SCM software and tools to track shipments, manage orders, and forecast demand.
Resolve any logistics-related issues or disruptions promptly.
