Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / SCM Engineer with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) background to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-6 years of experience looking to contribute to the efficient management of our supply chain and logistics operations. You will be instrumental in optimizing processes, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.
- Develop and implement strategies for transportation management, including route planning and carrier selection.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand and plan supply chain activities.
