Logistics / SCM Engineer (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented Logistics / SCM Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Noida. This role will focus on optimizing our supply chain operations within the gaming industry, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative SCM strategies tailored to the unique demands of the gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of current logistics and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement advanced quantitative models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and network optimization.
- Design and pilot new SCM strategies, focusing on areas such as procurement, warehousing, distribution, and reverse logistics for gaming hardware and merchandise.
- Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to predict potential disruptions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless integration of SCM initiatives with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on SCM performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistics, supply chain management, and the gaming sector.
