Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and imaginative Lyricist to contribute to our innovative projects within the clinical research sector. While our core business is scientific, we believe in the power of creative expression to enhance internal communications, training materials, and potentially public outreach. This role will involve crafting compelling and engaging lyrics for various applications, translating complex scientific concepts into accessible and memorable artistic content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original lyrics for songs, jingles, or spoken word pieces related to company themes, values, or specific projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, training, R&D) to understand project requirements and desired messaging.
- Translate scientific or technical information into creative and understandable lyrical content.
- Adapt existing melodies or create simple melodic ideas to complement lyrics.
- Ensure lyrics are appropriate for the target audience and adhere to company brand guidelines.
- Review and revise lyrics based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain a creative portfolio and stay updated on lyrical trends and techniques.
