Machine Learning Engineer

Role Summary:
Ather Energy is seeking a motivated Machine Learning Engineer with a BBA/BBM background and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical and business acumen who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights and optimize operations within the electric vehicle domain. You will be instrumental in developing and deploying machine learning models that enhance our product offerings, improve customer experience, and streamline internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to identify business challenges and opportunities where ML solutions can provide significant value.
- Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity for model training.
- Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for tasks such as demand forecasting, customer segmentation, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection.
- Implement and deploy ML models into production environments, working closely with software engineers.
- Monitor model performance, identify drift, and retrain/update models as necessary.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights and present them to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and explore their applicability to Ather Energy's business.
